[[image:bikes_city_inside.jpg::inline:1]]This Saturday C.I.C.L.E. is offering our Bikes in the City: Traffic Basics class. Designed specifically with the bike newbie in mind, this is the perfect class to get you, or someone you love, out on the bike safely and confidently.

For the first part of the class, we will help you develop a thorough understanding of the basic principles of bicycle and traffic safety. For the second part of the class, you’ll need your bike, because we’ll be hittin’ the road for an easy bike ride that will put what you just learned into practice.

This class is limited to 12 people, so be sure to call or email us to reserve your spot. Email: info(at)BikeNow.org or call 323-478-0060

Class attendees should already be comfortable with balancing and steering their bikes. Your bike should be in decent running order—able to survive a short and easy-paced bicycle ride. Helmets are mandatory.

The class fee is $10. Scholarships are available for those in financial need. Please call for more info.

This class is lead by two League Certified cycling Instructors and is hosted by the Bicycle Kitchen and Pure Luck. The class will run about 3.5 hours.

Meets at the Pure Luck 707 N. Heliotrope Dr., L.A October 6, 2007 at 11:00 AM
