Bicycle Pit Stops : Sponsored by Whole Foods on Arroyo
Bicycle Pit Stop teams, ready to revitalize your spirits with tasty treats provided by Whole Foods, will be stationed at every Metro Gold Line stop in Pasadena -- Fillmore, Del Mar, Memorial Park, Lake, Allen, and Sierra Madre Villa.

Ladies Night : Sponsored by InCycle Pasadena
Ladies, join C.I.C.L.E., Team C.I.C.L.E. and Pasadena's female cyclists for an evening of riding, learning and socializing in Pasadena's finest outdoor shopping area, One Colorado! The evening begins at 5:30 PM with registration. Ride leaves at 6:00 PM, and returns to One Colorado for mingling, mini-clinics, Origins Oasis massage, facials and product, raffle and more! All levels of riders are invited to be a part of this great moderately paced ride (there will be a couple of hills). Learn how to change a flat tire, how to turn your recreation or racing bike into a part time transportation bicycle, and more!

Tour de Pasadena : Sponsored by REI Arcadia
C.I.C.L.E. invites intermediate to advanced level riders to join the moderately paced Tour de Pasadena, a no-drop group road ride around Pasadena and the Rose Bowl! (This ride has hills). Arrive at 5:30 PM for registration. The ride leaves at 6:00 PM and returns by 7:30 PM to One Colorado for an evening of mixing, mingling, prizes, and more! Mini-clinics are available for those interested in learning how to change a flat tire and how to use your recreational or racing bicycle for transportation. Enjoy milk shakes provided by Johnny Rockets after the ride.

Traffic Basics Workshop (Part 1)
Traffic Basics is C.I.C.L.E.'s two-part workshop designed for the person that is new to bicycling in city traffic. This is the perfect workshop to get you, or someone you love, out there riding on city streets both safely and confidently. During the first part of the workshop, we will help you develop a thorough understanding of the basic principles of bicycle and traffic safety. For the second part of the workshop, you’ll need your bike, because we’ll be hittin’ the road for an easy bike ride that will put what you just learned into practice. This workshop requires that you are already confident with your bike handling abilities. (Part 2) of the class will meet the following Thursday, May 22, at 7PM. Take a heavenly cruise around Pasadena's famous 'Bungalow Heaven' and return to the Trio Courtyard, located in the historic Pasadena Playhouse District, for live music, delectable eats, and short bike films. Prizes and giveaways by Pasadena Cyclery and supporting ride sponsor, New Belgium Brewing Company. Ride meets at 6:30 PM and departs promptly at 7:00 PM. Meet at Trio Courtyard. Trio occupies nearly the entire block bounded by Colorado Blvd, Union Street, Madison Avenue and El Molino Avenue in the Pasadena Playhouse District. Enter between Bank of the West and Famima on Colorado Blvd. Bring lights for night riding.

The Urban Bicycle Commuter Expo is HOT! Kick off an incredible day with a family bike ride at 10:00 AM led by Pasadena Vice Mayor Steve Haderlein and sponsored by Helen's Cycles Arcadia. Then enjoy all the Expo has to offer--from bikes that haul, to bikes that fold. Find something unique and stylish for your next pleasant bike outing. Live music from Very Be Careful and Fear Mia! Workshops, exhibits, demonstrations, an all-day kids rodeo presented by Safe Moves, and more! Free helmet give away and lots of prizes! At 8:00 PM enjoy the animated bike classic, 'The Triplets of Belleville', screened outdoors and under the stars in the picturesque One Colorado Courtyard.
