When you think of urban bike culture, Los Angeles is probably not the first city that springs to mind. However, L.A. bicycle activist Shay Sanchez tells us that her city has a lot going for it in terms of bikeability, and it's got an amazing urban bike scene to plug into. As one of the founders of Cyclists Inciting Change Thru Live Exchange (C.I.C.L.E.), Shay works to motivate and inspire Los Angelenos to choose bicycling as a healthy and sustainable transportation choice.
