Ghost Bikes attract attention around Madison

June 30th marks the official launching of the Ghost Bikes
by the Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin, a campaign to recognize the
human costs of bicycles accidents and to raise consciousness amongst
motorists about the basics of traffic law with respect to the
leg-powered two-wheelers.
