Pedalling poppycock: Contrary to vow, Critical Mass broke law

The group Critical Mass made its monthly journey through Winnipeg
streets yesterday, something they do on the last Friday of every month
– generally to cheese off motorists, cost taxpayers money and have a
little fun.
