<description>Since when do police officers not in uniform simply grab cyclists and throw them to the ground? Is it so very important that these two be stopped that the officers had to resort to violence to stop them?Is it so very important that the other cyclists be stopped that officers drive a mile on a bike path to follow them? Or go onto the sidewalk, or into on-going traffic?
Can&#039;t cyclists and police sit down and agree that cyclists who stop at red lights will NOT be ticketed? That cyclists indeed should stop at stop lights and not go the wrong way?
